Pricing questions
What counts as a "volunteer" for plan limits?
Any person in your volunteer roster for a given event edition. Archived volunteers from previous events don't count toward your limit.
What happens if we go over our volunteer limit?
We'll show a soft warning as you approach your limit. You won't be cut off mid-event — we'll work with you to upgrade before it becomes a problem.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Switching to annual at any time applies the discount from your next billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, full access, card required (so you don't forget to cancel if it's not right for you). You won't be charged until day 15.
What's included in the email limit?
Every email sent through VolunTeam — invitations, reminders, event messages, thank-you emails, survey links — counts toward your monthly limit. The limit resets on your billing date.
Can we pay by invoice?
Annual plans over $1,000 can be invoiced. Contact us.
Do you offer discounts for multi-year commitments?
Not currently. Annual billing is our longest commitment option.
